These Terms & Conditions govern your use of dateunscripted.com and attendance at Date Unscripted events operated by TAG Events LLC.
What Date Unscripted Is (and Isn't)
Date Unscripted is a live entertainment experience featuring pre-selected participants dating on stage in front of a live audience. Ticket holders attend for entertainment purposes only.
We do not guarantee romantic connections, outcomes, or compatibility.
Who Can Attend

All events are 18+. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

Late arrival does not forfeit entry, subject to venue policies.
Tickets & Entry Info

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes.
Our Code of Conduct
All attendees must behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, inappropriate behavior, or disruption of the event will not be tolerated.

Date Unscripted reserves the right to remove any attendee or participant without refund if these standards are violated.
On-Stage Participation
Participants appearing on stage are selected in advance and acknowledge that participation is voluntary. By participating, individuals consent to live interaction, audience presence, and potential media recording.
Photos, Videos & Media Use
By attending or participating in a Date Unscripted event, you grant TAG Events LLC the right to photograph, film, or record you and use such media for marketing, promotional, or content purposes without compensation.
Assumption of Risk
By attending a Date Unscripted event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal interactions, venue conditions, and alcohol consumption.

TAG Events LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or romantic outcomes resulting from event participation or attendance.
Changes & Cancellations
We reserve the right to modify event details, schedules, or venues. In the event of cancellation by Date Unscripted, ticket holders will be notified with next steps.
Legal Stuff
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
